PLEASE NOTE: As from Monday, 8th September, 2008, ACE CAR RENTALS will be operating from its new location situated at 330 Nudgee Road (corner Gerler Road), HENDRA, approximately 8 minutes from the Brisbane Airport. Collection & return procedures for our Brisbane Domestic Aiport customers will change after this date, however you will receive an email advising of any changes.

Upon arrival at the Brisbane Domestic Terminal and ONLY AFTER you have collected your luggage, please phone our Shuttle Service on 3268 4222 to be collected by the next available courtesy bus.  Please ensure you identify yourself as an ACE Customer.  Our Shuttle Service is operated by Andrew's Airport Parking and operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

For collection from the VIRGIN, QANTAS and JETSTAR terminals, walk across the pedestrian crossing in front of your respective terminal then TURN LEFT into the SECOND TRAFFIC LANE from the terminal and proceed to the enclosed glass Bus Shelter for collection by the courtesy bus, which is clearly marked "Andrew's Airport Parking".

The courtesy bus will deliver you to Andrew's Airport Parking which is located approximately 6 minutes from the Brisbane Domestic Airport, where your vehicle will be located.  The vehicle will be readily identifiable to you by the tag hanging from the rear view mirror with your surname on it.

There will be a street directory in your vehicle with the contract enclosed. Please sign the ORIGINAL CONTRACT and return to ACE CAR RENTALS in the pre-paid envelope provided. Also inside the street directory is an In-Car Information Guide covering general information.

Upon return of your vehicle to Andrew's Airport Parking, you will be returned to the Brisbane DOMESTIC Airport by the same Shuttle Service.  Please ensure you allow enough time to be returned to the Airport in time for your return flight.
